Never heard of them , from reading there website, they seem to map the chip for your car and mods, without the car

Seems a bit mickey mouse to me  - Bit like a superchip

Jez sells pre-mapped chips. But they are for a specific spec.
That's what i wanted to find out about the Gizzmos
Are the like Jez premapped, but for the S15, Or are they just generic items?

Maybe they can be mapped for the car by the reseller?

The closest you'd get is a compromise, as it wouldn't be car specific. It'd be based on one particular car and applied to yours. In the same way that the standard ECU map covers all the cars. Every car is slightly different as standard, but only one map can be done, although the standard ECU will self-learn to a degree.

I have one in my car  :D
it's good ;)
How is it setup?
Comes premapped, custom mapped chip?
What octane fuel is it optimized for?

What does it do? tune ignition and fuel, or just one of them?

Different stages of maps available?

Hit me with all you've got :D

1. I cannot answer your first or second question cos i didn't get it from them straight away but what I can say is that they solder the chip brackets for you on your current ecu.
2. It's 95+ or prefer 98 but I use 95 because 98 is way too expensive...
3. It raises redline from 7200 to 7800rpm and cuts speed limit. increases at least 10kw atw but I haven't dynoed.
4. You have two sets of chips; one with intercooler and others without intercooler. just insert whichever suits as long as it doesn't detornate it's fine.

I can say it's good but you need to send your ECU otherwise there is no way of putting the chip unles you have enough experience with well directed instruction.

I would say it's very good not just I have it also the cost.
However brand new is only a little lower then power FC so here you need to decide.
Overall it's a nice way of tuning ECU. I heard that Power FC is not a good choice for street use? Well I heard a reason but I forgot....

Ok. The downside is the price.
A swedish reseller (which is also fitting the chip) wants about 5000SEK for it. Don't know if there's any extra for fitting.
But I can have a Power FC from nengun for about 6500-7000SEK (Tax included).

Think I'll let this one pass and save up for the PFC instead.
The chip doesn't seem to match my mods and the ones I plan to do either.

Well, off I go then
