I've been meaning to do this since i had the car in may, so here goes.

i ordered the car back in january, and after just missing a boat, then the prep work in the u.k. (m.o.t. sva etc etc) i picked her up on the 19th of may, a very long wait but definately worth it.

when i first had the car it was more or less standard, with only white ssr wheels and a cat back rsr exmag gt sprts exhaust. and some audio, sony 10 disk cd changer, panasonic strada dvd, satnav, tv unit. and a panasonic radio/minidisk player.

a week after having the car i put an apexi power intake filter on her, then followed a few weeks later by a de-cat pipe (curtesy of jono, cheers).

then she remained like that for just over a month and a half, then i purchased a downpipe and elbow and fitted that. As soon as that was fitted i ordered my walbro fuel pump, which will be fitted in the next week.

Also i fitted an air/fuel ratio gauge.

I have lots of plans for the car, which will all be done in time.

but 2 weeks ago disaster struck in the form of a ford mondeo going into the back of me. i had the car back from the bodyshop today looking amazing again, and i had the bodyshop remove the nissan badge from the rear whilst it was in having the work, luckily there wasnt any major damage as it was a low speed accident where the mondeo pulled off into the back of me, how he didnt see me ill never know.

anyway now time for a few pictures.

opinions welcome good or bad.

Depends. If u like corners, then suspension mods first

Otherwise most people will put an fmic and up the boost

Clean ride btw :)

Very nice, mate :)

I'd be interested to hear how the import company bypassed the ESVA rules to legally register a 2001 S15 though.... :|

As far as you're concerned, there is no problem, mate :)

However, as far as the ESVA goes, there are model reports covering Spec S 5MTs and Spec R 6MTs for model years 1999 and 2000 ONLY. 2001 and 2002 model years aren't covered by the existing model reports. In other words they can't pass an ESVA and be registered for UK roads without either a new model report being commissioned (it hasn't) or the Japanese de-registration document somehow showing the car as a 1999 or 2000 model. I'll leave it to you to work out how that could happen... :|

I would lower the car ASAP! It's too clean to be that high... also I would take off the stickers, but it's your car enjoy it!
