Very strange add.

This is a REAL TYPE-R Silvia, SR20DET, Turbo Model, with turbo twin
Is it a twin turbo Honda?? :rotfl:

The factory turbo can support up to 310Rear Wheel horsepower
Highely unlikely. Not at the wheels.

I have one of these cars making over 550Rear Wheel Horsepower on the factory motor (turbo upgrade)
Don't think this is possible without getting new pistons and alot of other things. 450hp is doable, but then you're really pushing it.

Anywho, yeah I know what I am doing. This isn't my first S15.
Yeah sure. I wonder how many twin turbo Type-Rs he has owned. :wack:

Very very dodgy.
I've been led to believe that you can't keep the jap-plates after deregistering the car in Japan.

Don't know what to think about this add except that I wouldn't go near that car. :)

Which raises the question: why give a 8k mile S15 a COMPLETE respray?

Everything about it screams 'walk away'. Including the seller's arrogant and condescending attitude...

Yeah. Doesn't inspire confidence when he can't differentiate between his S15 and Supra, and shows photos of both AND a Skyline...

twin turbo?
Gotto be very very small ones to be able to fit in the stock position and under the stock heatshield :D
Why anyone would want to twinturbo a 4 cylinder engine is another question.

Fan cover has S15 chalked on it too - looks like a salvage part. Only reason for salvage fan cover would be from front-end smash perhaps? Which could also explain the respray?

He also marked it up as a 2002 model, not a 99! Dodgy A. F.

I'd say its a certainty that its been at least front-ended. 8k miles on a 99? :rotfl: T28BB on a 2002? :rotfl:

I'm almost temped to ask the seller some questions... :D

Couldn't resist. Sent some questions.... :D

Hi there,

Nice looking S15 SPEC R. Few questions for you.

You state that the car is a 2002 model, yet the chassis plate says its 5/1999. The plate also says its Pewter, but the photos show a Brilliant Blue S15 which looks as though its engine bay and frame have been resprayed. Why is this?

You also state its twin turbo, but the photos clearly show only one turbo. Was this an error?
Bet he doesn't answer...

And if you email me, and I don't respond, its because your question was poorly thought out. Rethink, and resend. I check all my mail.
