My russian is abit rusty but i think it says something like "4 nothing I understand". Me using bablefish?? No way :)

I know a few words in Russian.

It's more like

What are you on about now? A stand is a number of fibres, threads, or yarns that are plaited or twisted together to form a rope, cord, or the like...
