after being shocked to find out someone had spent 30 grand on a crappy corsa i thought i would hold my hands up to!
but, not to be the only numpty on here i thought i would post up yet another thrilling thread and get you all to post up a few pictures of your most boy racer'd cars you have owned.
I will start.....may the insults begin!

This is my FIAT CINQUECENTO 1.1 sporting......POWER!
i had this many moons ago when i was just a wee lad it had.....wait for it......a full rage flip paint hormann widearch (apparantly) bodykit, punto spoiler, sunny GTIR scoop, 15 inch alloys, ashley exhaust system which was the god damn loudest thing ever, dont know how im not deaf now!! bucket seats, harnesses, (for those high speed corners) and lowered 40mm.
i will be honest, it was completely different, loads of people hated it, which i liked, coz i like to be a bit different and, i would have it back in a flash and put it in my pocket! lol
right, who else is gonna have the courage to put up there best "old days" cars, i cant be the only one......can i!?!?!? :D

I can see you in that Nicely :D

moomin - I thought about buying the Sporting for my 1st car, but got a few points so didnt buy a car till i was 19, i then bought this -

A 306 D Turbo, was pretty quick for a deiseler back in those days, and had the sport seats etc. I put a 12" sub in the boot, built my own (with help of my granda) parcel shelf with some 6x9's :)rolleyes:), lowered, short shifter, GTI-6 alloys, Lexus lights :)))etc, but the best mod was by far the exhaust.

the dad of a mate of mine worked as a welder, he got hold of a 4" peice of alloy pipe, we then cut off the tailpipe from the stock box, and welde the 4" section on, made no performance or noise difference, but looked cool

Its now been replace by this -

First car... Phase 3 306 XSi, it was soon lowered 40mm after that picture, along with piperX induction and magnex GrpN exhaust. :

Sold a year later to be replaced by:
http://mor-pah.net/~dazzoi/civic/PICT1740.JPG <--big pic' so i linked

Which ended up lookin like:

Civic Vti, got the full treatment of Apexi N1 coilvers, full fujitsubo exhaust, AEM V2 intake, stg1 clutch and lightened fly, LSD gearbox, EK9 cams and full Skunk2 valvetrain in the performance bracket. Carbon fiber bonnet, mirrors and EK9 spoiler, along with Integra DC2 red recaros in the visuals!

Owned for 2 years, then sold... and replaced by the mighty Silv! :D

Haha Rich - what a feckin great thread!!

Must admit, both Dazz0i and Ming had nice looking Civics - black ones look real 'street' if you know what I mean...

Ok, here's a few pics that might make one chuckle - oh the good old wanna be bad boy days?! Suppose we all had to start from somewhere. If I was being honest, I wasn't into Jap cars until I saw 'The Fast & The Furious'. Suddenly, RX-7's and Supra's became way more sexy than Escort Cossies and Astra GTE's... :rotfl:

The black 'Lag' (Renault Laguna 2.0 RT). This was the second car I ever owned so going up to a 2.0 16v was like a schoolboy pulling the fittest bird in class... :D:cool: Now I think WTF was that monstrosity??!!

Then after waiting and waiting and searching all over the UK, got myself a UK S14 200SX. Loved the power and looks however, after 2 weeks of ownership, some tw*t ran into the back of me at some traffic lights and it was written-off...

I didn't have the time nor patience to look for another 200 so moved onto the ultimate repmobile - Mondeo ST200. Had nice Recaro leathers and the 2.5 V6 was pretty good on the motorways - shame it was heavy and like FWD... :ghey::rotfl:

...and after 3 years of touring car wannabe - I get my own little S15. Happy days!!

liking the s14a, what a bastard it got written off, looks really tidy!!! still at least its all been worth it now eh! (hows yours going anyway??)
not so sure on the laguna mind lol ;)

that astina thingy? whats that!?!? it looks to me like the old mazda...um....323 (i think)

oh...and, this has nothing to do with anything but my other halfs dad wanted to watch fast & furious tokyo drift last night, which i sat down with him and watched it again, and, never noticed that the end bit, with vin diesel, the main character is driving the wisesquare S15, did everyone else know that? prob just me being ignorant lol

Yep - my S15 is a pure joy to own. Had a few 'niggly' problems (probably only niggly to me because I'm the world's fussiest owner of cars). Fair play to Mike at Torque - he did everything to make sure things were put right

I've actually started to have a bit of a 'play' with it (obviously in safe, open areas) - nothing like drifting which would be daft and mean I'd be cert to crash the car  - just simple stuff like donuts and 90 deg left/right turns to get the back end swaying out.

If more than anything - it's to get myself to learn at safe, low speeds on how to control the car when it does go - rather than when it 'might' happen at speed which would cause brown-trouser moments... :rotfl:

Haha - the 'Lag' was all part of growing up

Yeah - I thought the car the guy was driving at the end of Tokyo Drift was the WiseSquare S15 - the colour looked familiar and so did the graphic which said 'Beseige' which I assume is the name of the bodykit every on S15OC loves?!
