Have you sorted the fueling since fitting the new turbo?

Disco potato is the gt2860rs isn't it? I wouldn't want to drive around with that running at a bar and the fueling not looked at or you might have another table and lamp!

No it doesnt need anything doing if the boost isnt high but I'm currently having a wideband plummed into the exhaust to keep an eye on things.
Yeah it's the gt2860rs, makes a fantastic noise haha

If it's going past 1 bar on stock map, then you will need to do something as it won't last long! Or have you got the control side sorted?

Yeah I'm going to keep it low for now, the wideband so I can keep an eye on it until I have the time/cash to get it mapped :)

A pic of the new gauges fitted them myself then sent it to slide motorsport to put the sensor in the exhaust.

Afr is around 11.2-11.5 on boost so all is good

While it was there I had the alignment done, let's say every wheel was pointing in a different direction with stupid camber.
Car feels so much different now!

Cheers! I'm determined to get one of the cleanest s15's in the country, where every mod is done right haha. The only thing left to do is mapping

After getting the car rolling dynod it turns out it was running lean. So the perfect excuse to get larger injectors and new ecu!
Dropped it off at slide for 550cc injectors and link ecu to be installed.
Now making 287 wheel horse power so about 325 at the crank on around 1 bar.

Went to turn the boost up the boost but the display on my avcr has died 😢 so on the hunt for one of those now

Googled my reg and found this from a JAE meet 7 years ago! Anyone know who the owner was?

Cheers man, yours is insane can't believe you're running that much on standard block haha.

Yeah I am, I still like to have control.
Unfortunately the screen packed in before it went in for mapping, so waiting for a new one to arrive then will be turning up the boost!

Ha! Cheers dude. It is pushing it! Goes like a stabbed rat.

However it is starting to eat gearbox's.

Some 740's on yours and wind up that boost

Just bare in mind your box won't appreciate it!

Should be running about 320 bhp now, don't want any more haha. I love how responsive this disco potato turbo is.

Cheers Keifer :)

Dropped the car off to get the front bumper resprayed as it's always been a state, but due to everything going wrong on this car never got round to getting it done
Ended up getting the centre removed too, can't wait to see the final result.
