As said above lad have these and also d1 spec wheel nuts they will kill you!! Some were so loose I thought somebody tried to steal my wheels have to be checked constantly...looks like u have the perfect am out of dish!how many mill is the dish
Mine are perfectly tight since day 1 which I would expect for the price but i'll keep checking. I would not touch D1 spec, I believe they are cheap aluminium or something and warp.

Too wet to go outside and check but according to Works specs chart, the front has 71mm dish and the rear has 96mm

What specs are the works and what size tyres looks great? Are you on stock body?
I updated the 1st post with wheel specs just there and yes I'm on the stock body with aero kit. I like the idea of 3 piece wheels because if I ever did decide to go widebody, I can split the barrels

So I haven't updated this in a while :p

Basically since the last post I have been working non stop to save for engine mods while at the same time stripping then engine to replace all gaskets (for piece of mind)

Here was the engine put on the stand ready to be worked on

Most of it stripped

At this stage everything has been taken off, cleaned up and gaskets replaced.

I researched a list of parts to gather and this is what I came up with:

Already Bought:
- Apexi Power FC (L-Jetro)
- Apexi Super Suction Kit to suit Z32
- Z32 MAF
- GT2871R
- Tomei Expreme manifold
- Tomei turbo Elbow
- Nismo 550cc Injectors
- Greddy Oil Pan
- Greddy Pulley Kit
- Defi ADVANCE Boost gauge & Controller
- HKS Hi-Power Exhaust
- Decat

Still Need:
- Clutch
- Walbro 255lph pump
- Flywheel
- Intercooler
- Boost controller
- Braided turbo lines

only have the one picture but will upload the rest when more parts arrive from Japland :D

Been awhile since I updated this, the car is in the garage as of last week so the conversion is under way :D

Here is the list of parts I collected for the swap:

- Apexi Power FC (L-Jetro)
- Apexi Super Suction Kit to suit Z32
- Z32 MAF
- GT2871R
- Tomei Expreme manifold
- Tomei turbo Elbow
- Nismo 550cc Injectors
- Greddy Oil Pan
- Defi ADVANCE BF Boost gauge/ Oil Temp/ Oil Pressure gauges & Controller
- HKS Hi-Power Exhaust
- Decat
- Exedy Sports Paddle Clutch
- Walbro 255lph pump
- Blitz Type SE Intercooler
- HKS EVC6-IR Boost controller
- DW Braided turbo lines
- SAMCO Genuine hoses all round
- S15 Water Pump
- Japspeed Twinpipe downpipe

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

The wiring has been pulled and sent to Wiring Specialties in the US so they can give me a 'plug and play' loom for the engine in my chassis.

Will update this as more happens

So I have discovered a problem that I'll encounter when I put the engine in.

I bought a 180sx Blitz Type SE Intercooler so that the intake would line up right for the non-vvt engine which is right.

But the piping going from the intercooler to turbo is all wrong for the S15 chassis, need to find some pipes made for the S14/15 now :annoyed:

The hunt begins!
