Right well after (a much deserved lol) break, I went and got another Jap car on saturday

As a little catch up here's some of my previous cars:

S13 (ended up fully forged with a greedy TD06 25g strapped to it, slammed on grid drifts (first engine broke, then forged engine blow along with serveral turbos:

R32 Gts-t (first forged engine blow up with HKS GT2835r) rebuilt forged again this time with HKS GT3420, wiring issue caused soo many
woes, so was broken for bits (almost forgot, 'custom exhaust' ;):

Sil80 fairly stock SR20, cutom Bride interior, custom wheels lovely car :) :

R33 Gts-t carbon fronted, fitted some XD9's (was taken as p/x against Sil80)

Toyota JZX90 HX35, sounded like thunder lol bride seats etc

R32 Gtr this hada forged tomei engine on twins (this blow up after 1 day :( ) then had a forged RB30 with a HKS T04R which blow :)) ),
followed by another RB30 with a HKS T04z, was banzai featured in the end.

Right Well. I had confirmation coilovers were being delivered on Wed, so stripped car down in the morning

Hover car lol

Old coilovers

Time was passing I'd finished about 10:20am, but courier was held up and didn't turn up till 17:30 :( So bit of a rush to sort it in the evening, got them all on and fiddle with settings the next day

New HSD's

Fronts fitted

Front wheels on (suspension not settle, and pic doesn't show it but its PROPER low)

Rear overfenders arrived today, so arches will be getting tubbed next week :D

Can't wait, to get rear wheels on :)

Getting there now, drives so much better now :)

Cheers for looking

Mark

Edit:
Obviously I've also flatten front lip, and tucked wiring loom in arch as well as removing arch lining s :)
2 more update to come :)

Right some more things, big thanks to Simon (cadnam garage for sorting arches etc for me)

Pics courtesy of Simon, as i was at work

As I left it with him

Ruffely marked out

Cut ready for welding

Welded, painted in rust protector and unseal, then coversd in seam tape stuff lol

Rear lowered

Slight wheel poke

Arches ruffely on

massive wheel drope ha ha

First ride height (a little too low)

Simon also raised, and removed all joints in the exhaust (using left over bits from my RB30 r32) down to just the rear silencer now too.

It now drives great, and looks more aggressice, just grag some **** pic's, will get better ones, really don't do justice to lows or fitment.

Front has had locking collar removed from HSD's may remove the last one to get it a bit lower.

Can't wait to get arches sprayed up, bit more camber on front then spacered out.

Just about to sort manifold to turbo blow it has, and its ready to rock

Cheers Mark

Right little update, eventually got a spare day on the car to crack on some of the jobs that needed doing :)

Job one was to strip down exhaust side, to sort exhaust side blow.

Stripped down:

As you can see in this pic, the down pipe was stock!! (not as spec says unfortunately) Odd as tomei elbow then HKS exhaust?

Fortunately a phone call later, had a new 3" downpipe arriving :)

Wanted to remove the afm housing (as it runs on a map sensor now) so using some odds and ends we've collected got a new intake sorted. Can't believe the difference its all made cars completly different now :) gettin re-mapped onto high octane as previous owner had it mapped to 95 ron :)

Gave it a full service while it was jacked up :) and a light dusting on the cam cover, as i hated the camo, will do till I get new one powder coated

Random pic :)

Must get it shot properly soon :)

Also sorted out regisration/tax today which is all cool now

Jobs list now down to:

Lower front
Tuck loom more
Paint for rear wings/boot
and just some general tidying

Nothing too interest i know but we're etting there now, feels like a completly different car from when I picked it up :smokin:

You've been through a few engines on your old cars! Even the forged ones!! How?
