Picked the car up the other day and have enjoyed driving around in the good weather.
She is a 2000 Spec R new import close to stock.
Aero kit
Tinted rear windows
Turbo Timer
Alloys
Kenwood DVD/TV/Sat Nav unit.

Had to give her a clean today as some birds made a mess of her.

One thing I hate about cleaning is finding marks that you missed or are new.

Spec List - Updated 31st October 2012
Aero kit
Tinted rear windows
Greddy Turbo Timer
SSR GT1 (I think) 16" Alloys
Pioneer AppRadio Head Unit
Blitz Advance Power Air Cleaner
Blitz Nur Spec RX
JIC Magic Manifold
Tomei Turbo Elbow
Apex Flexible Front Pipe
JPerformance Decat
Braided Turbo Hoses
Gizzmo MS-IBC Boost Controller (Half Fitted)

More to come...

There are things I would like to do. Appearance wise I'm pretty happy. May change the alloys for something a little larger.
Really going to concentrate on performance and handling for fast road use. Wouldn't mind doing some track days in the future too.
I don't really have any interest in going sideways.

Think thats the first black one i've seen with the aero kit! Nice!

Keep the twin exit back box :p
We can fight the single 'jap can' together! haha

Great starting point for though mate! Really lets you make the car 'yours' :)

Thanks chaps. I'm really pleased with the car with the exception of the gravel rash I picked up on Sat. Damn lorry.
I have a list below of things I want to sort first.
Wiper blades - The current ones are not good. I've had previously and liked the PIAA Sporza silicone wipers so will be looking at them.
Gear gaitor - Small tear in the current one. Might go for a different colour. Opinions on this?
Boost gauge - As it's making an intermitant noise at random times but is otherwise working.

Will pass on Japfest this year. Thanks though Mike.

Bit of an update.

Ordered and received my new wiper blades. I went for the PIAA Sporza Silcone wiper blades.
Cleaned the screen and fitted these. Picture of these fitted below.

Had a nice supprise when I got home Thursday as my club stickers had arrived.:)
Fitted these this morning. I don't think they're quite in the same place both sides but pretty close. Pictures below.

Not much of an update really but I decided to replace the Kenwood DVD, CD, TV, navigation system with something a little more up to date that takes up less space.
I spent several hours yesterday removing the existing system and have a pile of cables and bits to show for my efforts. The cables went everywhere. I've got the know the car a lot more since doing this. I didn't think I would have the rear seats out so soon.
Fitted the new unit today. Had to do a bit of a search to work out why I had no radio reception. Sussed it with forum help in the end.

Sadly I didn't think to take a before shot but I have a photo of everything removed and one with the new unit installed.

Ordered a part earlier in the week that turned up today. Thought I'd give one of these ago. Hoping to fit this weekend at some point. Will add a pic once fitted.
It's pretty big.

Fitted this, this morning. Wasn't quite as straight forward as the images described but it's in nicely. Would have been a lot quicker if I hadn't dropped a nut. So I have now taken the tray off the underside of the car and put it back on. Didn't think I'd be doing that just yet but it wasn't too bad.
Fitted pics and engine bay shot as I haven't added one yet.

I also have a video which I'm currently uploading.

One question. Should I put the bit of plastic back in that redirected air to the box? It sits ever so slightly in the way of the cone if I fit it.

I think I have a boost leak somewhere on the current system so 2 birds with 1 stone to fix it. Hopefully.

If the weather improves I may look at fitting this at the weekend.
