After an aftermarket alloy rad. Looked at the koyo ones, they cost around £300. There are a lot of cheap ones around however I have no idea if they are any good or not?? Any help would be much appreciated

I got an apex 56mm rad think I paid 120 for it,was a while ago now but the quality is excellent,is a bit of a tight squeeze but been brilliant
The japspeed 50mm rads are also supposed to be very good polo recommended me that rad but I had already bought mine.

I had one (didn't fit it though) and the quality looked really good compared to other Apex own brand stuff. Apex customer service is good too so if you have any problems I'm sure they'd sort it out for you.

I've got a DB power rad on mine for 2+ years without any problems, not sure how much they are though.

I've got a Koyo N flow and the quality is in another league. I've had the Apex and Japspeed rad, the Japspeed was an awful fit, but no complaints over the Apex unit. I'd still be usung it if it didn't split from me letting It freeze with no coolant in it last year.

I've got the japspeed 50mm one, and to be honest against what adam just said, I think its a good fit! didnt take long to bolt in at all.
Also, if you're interested and not desperate for a new rad anytime soon, i'm gonna be selling it maybe next month. Its much bigger than my requirements for a daily runaround, so will be looking for a thinner oem sized fitting rad :)

Q - are S14 rads the same fitment? :)

Tbh I'm looking for new stuff to make the car look as mint as possible but thanks for the offer :) Think I'm going to go for the Apex one as I have a twin fan set and shroud of there's to fit to it.

Why not a Koyo N-Flow ;) lol
...if it wasn't already SOLD Allan lol!! Damn you I could have done with that!!! :p

I wish I could afford Koyo brand new :( Luckily, I've already got a Koyo twin core (looks pretty similar to standard) which I managed to get off Mitto when he first got his 15 :)
