Little bit confussed. Recently I had my turbo off to change my manifold elbow and upgrade all the hoses to braided ones. After looking at the turbo I am unsure if it is the stock one????? I have seen a couple of standard turbos now and the code on the front seems to always read;

Garrett AR/60 M24 G1-1

Mine reads AR/60 M24 G1-2 isnt this the GT2871R?????

Here is a picture bellow;

Mmm strange, I checked a couple of forums in the states and they both said that it was the later version of the bb so maybe the earlier 15 have different turbo on? What age is yours? Either way I believe its a t28 bb

They're irrelivant casing moulds. You want the part numbe off the core. Either way though, I can tell by looking at the compressor wheel that's a standard turbo.

Mine is not the OE turbo - it's the BB version which was bought and fitted a couple of years ago

I have now confirmed the following:

S15-000101 to S15-018766 = 01/1999-12/1999
S15-018767 to S15-026744 = 01/2000-12/2000
S15-026745 to S15-030099 = 01/2001-07/2001

This is the limit of the version of the A2 CD of FAST which we hold.

S15-000101 to S15-025426 = T28BB 14411-91F00
S15-025427 to S15-025848 could be either 14411-91F00 (T28BB) or 14411-75F00 (T28). These were all off the factory line in October 2000 and FAST cannot verify which turbo was fitted.
S15-025850 onwards = T28 14411-75F00 (the same as the Euro S14/a)

You could be having a GT-SS. It does not have any HKS markings but if it pulls stronger then it most probably is. I didnt know i had one too as well until a rolling road session where i got 40bhp more than a mate on the same boost.
