Probably air chisel! Or if not then hammer and screwdriver!! ;)

I would prob say heat gun and a chisel shape plastic tool which is blunt. Then some cleaning solution to take the gunk off.

I removed mine just a couple of weeks ago, hairblower and a fishingline. And then some bug-remover and other "basic" chemicals to remove the glue rests. It was very easy!

As above really warm it up and remove it with something blunt then use something like autoglym tar remover to get the glue off the boot, just remember to polish/wax it after to protect it as the tar remover takes all the wax etc off

ive removed badges before by just using a heat gun or the wife's hair dryer and some dental floss, that's the easy part, it removing the old glue afterwards that sucks, there are heaps of ideas as to get the glue off but some times just some elbow grease is all you need.
