hi Guys i have a question for the more experienced owners.

I bought some 800cc topfeed injectors & rail and have installed the 2871r.
I am trying to push 400+ bhp.

in view of this, I was recommended to have a fuel collector tank. Its the one
where u have commonly installed in the boot. It kinda stores the fuel in this tank
and feeds to the engine more efficiently. Especially when drifting becasue the
larger usual fuel tank can cause the fuel to swirl around. Basically prevents fuel starvation.

To add this, I would probably need to change my fuel pump. (when i got my
car, i was told it had the hks fuel pump...well I was told i had the gtss turbo
and lsd too but it did not...)

Now my question is will I really need the fuel collector tank? and also fuel pumps
come in like 200L/hr, 235L/hr, 280L/hour etc. likewise the fuel collector tank, there
are 2L ones, 5L ones, 5.8L ones etc. How to know what size to go for?

cheers
justin

a walbro in tank 255l/hr will handle 400hp mate - no swirl pot, also side feed injectors would of done fine ;)
