Hi guys, i have D2 8 piston front brakes (same as ksport) with 330mm discs and standard rears. Brake pedal almost go all the way down.
I am thinking of installing a BMC from a 300zx. BM57, 1 1/16.
Car was a spec-s so the BMC might be smaller than a spec-r.
What are the advantages of fitting the servo and BMC from a 300zx?
Do i have to install the servo or will i be ok with just the BMC?

I have a spec-R BMC available off mine if you want to buy it?

otherwise the 300zx is a good mod but you need to upgrade rears aswell. Otherwise rear bias will be quite high and the balance will be off due to having single pots rear pistons rather than twin piston and a 256mm smaller disk compared to 298mm of the 300zx.

sorry, rears are not standard, they are 300 mm not ventilated discs with the standard calipers.
don't know if this makes any difference though.
how much are you selling it for?

size helps the bias but still there is less work for the hydraulic system to pump to your rears

if you want the master cylinder we can come to some arrangement im sure..

There is more pistons on 300z rear brakes so bias will be incorrect.. That why I upgraded to r33 rears and r33 brembos on front.. Plus you get handbrake shoe assembly which is a awesome handbrake

You might be better with a spec-r one, u can have mine £35 plus post
