The other day i noticed that my power steering fluid was low so i went to top it up, and got my mate to turn the steering wheel with the cap off and its is making lots of air bubbles when the steering wheel is turned, i have checked most of the lines cant see a leak, but im wondering if a seal on my pump stuffed or somewhere else, never had a power steering problem in a car before, so i dont really know much about them.
would it just be a pump or would the whole rack need replacing? any ideas?
