Isnt that the standard actuator/wastegate solenoid ?
it controllers your boost.. so unless you got aftermarket boost controller leave it.
As said, that's the standard boost solenoid. Only take this out when you have an aftermarket boost controller. If you do take it out, the maximum boost will controlled be the actuator, which is around 0.5bar.
