Here's the situation people
when I start the car for the first time of the day it doesn't do it after being driven and warmed up I turn it off then back on put it in any gear put the clutch down rev it up and I get a grinding noise but only
on the 1st rev then it wont do it till i repeat the above again.
I showed my mate who has had a few s14's and he said straight away it's vvt rattle they are movin into place or something :s I've seen videos of vvt rattle and they sound worse than this.
Could anyone know what is causing this?
