yep, as far as i know they are the same 
i use s15 filters though even though there probably is zero difference, any motor factor that stocks blue print parts for japanese cars should keep them on the shelf.

not sure if Nissan UK actually stock them but drove me nuts for weeks while i was looking through the service manual trying to find it. right under my nose in the end.

Yeah, you can get them over here easily. The last S15 ones I got from Nissan over here had Almera on the box. PN's are the same and they keep them in stock usually.
