What type of OIL do you use?

I use any 5W40 from a big supplier, usually Planet (Comma oil) or Valvevaline, which ever my mum can get as she works part time in the motor parts trade. Change every 6 months (around 2K-3K miles) Imo i think its a waste of money paying out for high priced oil if you intend to change it every 6 months.

What gap are you setting them at Dean?

bkr7iex were set to 0.7mm and i'll set the bcr8es to 0.75 and see how i get on.

I use Millers CFS 3 Ester Motorsport 10W 60 Engine Oil throughout summer and winter and have never had any issues with it. It's easy to find on the shelf too which works out cheaper than buying from Opie Oils.
