It's not because of your BOV(s).

Don't adjust your idle via the throttle pulley that's a supersized bandaid fix, and don't adjust the idle to fix this as that is just a regularsized bandaid fix.

Get your tuner to adjust the idle parts and the tune accordingly, their names escape me but he should know.

because the bov is venting to air, it's causing the AFM readings to be wrong.... that is why it's cutting.


the idle control isn't a "bandaid fix"..... the car is cutting out because when you're letting off, the revs are dropping too low. simples as. they idle low as standard cars.... with free-er flowing exhaust and lightened fly's etc, they allow revs to drop quicker, which means they dip as low as 600rpm, which isn't enough to keep the car running..... so it stalls.

the idle control valve is there to enable the idle to be raised, so how can it be classed as a "bandaid"???
