Wind Deflectors (fitting)

Hi Guys..

Just wandering if anyone has installed the wind deflectors on the S15. I've looked at the link below which tells you how, but I can't work out how to remove the rubber seal, and which seal at that. Do I remove the outter door seal? and if so how.. don't want to break anything..

I've already quoted that link and read it, but I'm having trouble finding the "screws" he talks about..

anyone not installed these things??

The bit I'm struggling with is where are the screws? Do I need to rip the plastic strip on the outside of the car off? I've had a look but it all seem well stuck down and don't want to snap it off.. sorry for being thick, but just want some pointers. I've read the "how to do" guide but still haven't got it..

Got it 2nd hand pal. When I bought the car I had the drivers side missing, so still need to fit it, but can't work out where these bloody screws are
