Hi Guys,

New here, just hopefully to get some reply, will offset of

F: 8JJ +33 / 17"
R: 9JJ +38 / 17"

work on the S15 with HKS Hypermax ? I had some 18" Taiwanese rim that can't fit, as the front rim spokes can't clear the original calipers.

Will the above clear all the issues ?

Appreciate replies...

Hi guys. I've got standard suspension at the moment and i'm looking to fit new wheels

Front +30 225/45/17

Rear +38 245/45/17.

Judging by previous posts it sounds about right, though i will eventually get Apex gen2 coilovers. Just want your opinion to make sure i've understood this correctly. Thanks, and any advice is appreciated.

as long as there is no contact with caliper and wheel spoke, it wont matter.

Below are a few of good fitments to show everyone what you can actually fit to the stock guards since everyone is so afraid to run lower offsets on their rides. I made this mistake and is regretting now! However this post is only showing what fits flush(my term of flush is top rim is very near the guards and bottom rim is sticking alittle out) Hope everyone can learn from this post of what you can and cannot fit.

All the cars below are running at stock guards rolled unless specified.

I'm sure some of you have seen ben's (SpecS15) s15. imho his has the best fitting

Wheels spec:
F 9J x 18 Offset +22 -2.5camber Tyres:225/40/18
R 10J x 18 Offset +25 -1.0camber Tyres: 255/35/18

Wheels spec:
F 9J x 17 Offset +28 -3.0camber Tyres: 215/45/17
R 9J x 17 Offset +17 -2.0camber Tyres: 215/40/17

Wheels spec:
F 9J x 18 Offset +24 Tyres: 225/40/18
R 10J x 18 Offset +34 Tyres: 235/40/18

(The front protrudes abit, wider front arches will fix that but I still like it :p)

Wheels spec:
F 8J x 18 Offset +29 Tyres: 235/40/18
R 9J x 18 Offset +32 Tyres: 255/40/18

Wheels spec:
F 9J x 17 Offset +22
R 9.5J x 18 Offset +22

^^Not 100% sure but I reckon that's what it's running

Hope this helps all! Have a good one
can someone give me the size wheels on the white s15 above??as your man not 100% sure, please

Well if you find out, let me know too but it wouldnt be far off... this is another one with similar size/offset

F: 17x9 +15 215 45 17
R: 18x9.5 +12 225 40 18

Camber... according to owner, whatever it takes... guestimate is about -4 to -5

For an s15, personally i would go below:

F: 17 x 9 +15
R: 18 x 9.5 +22

I am interested in replacing my Enkei RP01s (white) with RP03s (silver) but am unsure of a suitable offset running Nismo S-tune suspension under standard guards.

They are available in the following sizes and offsets:
17 x 7.0 + 45
17 x 8.0 + 40/48
17 x 8.5 + 30/35
17 x 9.0 + 40

I am thinking of:
F: 17 x 8.5 + 35
R: 17 x 9.0 + 40
OR: 17 x 8.5 + 35 all round

Is this the right choice or is there a better combination available?

Recently i was running 17" xd9's 8.5jj front et+25 and 9.5jj rears et +17. Had to fold the lip on the arch up on the rears and maybe 1 or 2 degrees of camber on apex coilovers.

Going to be fitting new works emotion xd9's this weekend all 4 are 18" 10jj et +18 :p

it's going to be fun, tyres are going to be 235/40/18 fronts and 245/40/18 rears.

I'm looking at some Rota Torques as a second track set lol :p

Can anyone confirm whether this will be ok??

17 x 9 +35 (both front and rear)

Thinking 235/45 for both front and rear tyres as well. Standard arches - Tein Super Street coilovers.

Cheers,

J :)

because:

if that's not bad enough then there's plenty of cases of this happening on rotas:
