Hi there...I'm planning to do the manual conversion for my S15 Spec S.
first, today I went to pick up Spec R 6spd gearbox. and all the bits that I have got from these are..

+light weight 4140 one-piece billet chromoly wheel flywheel
+heavy duty single plate solid center clutch & pressure plate.
+Nismo short shifter kit
+Bell housing, flywheel & clutch bolts!
+gearbox cross member
+driveshaft yoke ( this needs to be chop off to suit spec s )
+clutch pedal

so I think what it's missing to be complete conversion is..
*Clutch Lines
*Maunal Spiggot bush
*gearboot surround
*brake pedal ( believed I could just cut the auto ones in half? )

and what else that is missing from the list?

Thanks guys

Forthe driveshaft option I opted to get a one piece driveshaft made up instead and am pleased with the result. Also make sure you have both the sensors (reverse and neutral) as mine didn't have them. Will you also change the ECU? With mine I had a problem with it holding high revs after coming to a stop (normal behaviour for an auto) and it was driving me nuts - the quick way around it was to short circuit auto transmission circuitry so it thinks it is in neutral - but then you lose the NVCS :(

good luck with the swap - I was really happy to get rid of my auto box :) :)

oh so you can get a driveshaft made up? I will talk to the mechanic about it and see what they can do when I'm starting to do the conversion. I can buy the clutch lines from the automotive shops right?
For the ECU, I will stick with auto ones first and see how it goes.

i have had this conversion done and the s14 stock gearstick hits the surround. You might have an issue with this also. ANyone know if the stock s15 gearstick will fit into the s14 box or will it not select gear properly
