hi, i have this turbo on my s15 with an aftermarket manifold. turbo uses standard t25/5bolt flanges.

i am increasing my boost from 1.1 bar to 1.5 bar and i want to use an external gate. i saw some external adapter plates but do not come in t2/t2 only t2/t3.
the other thought was remove the internal wastegate and flapper, weld a pipe from the exhaust housing to the external gate. so i will use my external the same way i was using my internal. do i miss something here or does it sound right?

i really do not want to chop my manifold.

i forgot to tell you that i need it bottom mount.

i wouldnt go drilling big holes in your turbo mate... you really want it on the manifold.

short of finding an adapter, youre going to have to either get a new mani made or get your current one cut.
