Oil cooler/pressure help!!??

What is the max oil pressure sr20s put out??as fitted an oil cooler and the pipes are rated for 10bar is this good enough??
ALSO,,
with my oil cooler fitted my oil pressure is at 35psi/2.2bar when ticking over when hot and my oil temp is about 45degrees,is this ok or do i need a thermostat??

yea, 10bar is fine.

think i only ever made about 8 bar in mine.

i only get 15-20psi warm tick over.......never been a problem though.

are you running an oil cooler dean??there this eveving when i drove the car on the pin on my oil pressure gauge went mental,,hitting the pin on the gauge which stops it going past 110psi at 2000rpm,,,what could be wrong??
