Slight hesitation on light throttle.

Hi, just wonderd if any one has experienced engine hesitation on very light throttle? my car has done this since i got it and the car was standard. I have done some mods but the problem is still there.

When coasting in fourth or fith gear car seems to slow then picks up intermittently engine seems to splutter but not missfire and as soon as i give it more throttle the car picks up fine and pulls well.

Spark plugs look fine and can only asume fuel pressure and coils are ok as she drive sweet under full throttle, fault happens when cold or hot.

If any one has any ideas or tips as to what this might be, all would be appreciated.

coil packs are a possibility as these do give hassle. It could also be a small boost leak or gasket blowing. turbo to manifold gasket being the usual culprit (sp?)
