Do anybody knowes what a front bumper cover plates on this car:

The manufacturer? Or where a can buy it (I could't find it on yahoo or ebay)?

that is just the Spec-R factory kit

The front is only a lip kit. I would guess the Greddy front lip

believe it or not its i think its a factory lip but very un common to see this, tho ive seen a few times and very hard to get hold of

It is a factory bumper with aftermarket corner lip-things.

I believe a chap who works for Rare-rims has a yellow S15 with these on.

I don't think those side lips are aftermarket, I've seen way too many unmodified ichigos with those on them.

The side lips aren't aftermarket. They're JDM OEM. Check in FAST...

Thanks to all.
On the white S15 they looks better.
But the price for this lips in Russia - 900$ . I think that it's better to spend money for another front bumper.
