Some kits need adjusting to fit and there will prob be panel gaps

I wouldnt go removing parts though, i'd rather adjust the kit to fit

ok, like vertex maybe you can leave the bar there
Im sure GP sports kit you dont need to remove the bar just need to cut the 2 mount for the front bumper

but like C-west, Msports, and some other kit with bigger intercooler area u will need to remove the bar

with Vertex you need to cut the headlight support bar.
get a metal grinder and grind the spot welds then it easily come apart nicely

Cant comment on that, however i wouldnt fancy doing it to my car (someone may already have)

My bumper sits on two sponge like things under the headlights, one is lower than the other, slightly, so the bumper sags at one side

you mean you didnt cut yours? thats impossible...
factory ones they dont have the center hole under ur bonnet so its ok but Vertex has it so it needs to be cut...
im sure urs is cut too.

that sponge problem is easy to fix. just cut some sponge or polysterin and even it out (you can replace it)

I wasnt sure if it had been or not, but by the sounds of what your saying it must be :)

from my memory
msports, gp sports, trial, and vertex don't need any modification.
Only the last fitment of making smooth.
I've had msports and it was sweet.
atm i've got side and rear sorted and making the front now :)
