Sandwich plate leak!

Just noticed a small leak it seems to be coming from the oil pressure sender in the plate. I did use plummers tape so i dont know whats wrong and dont like the taughts off taking it apart again! anyone had this problem?

yea, i had it....

i didn't bother with tape in the end, just used an engine sealant (hondabond) round the threads then some round the top of the thread and plateblock.

Lots of guys in ns.com are having leaking issues from sandwich plate and have started using these as alternatives

it's the pressure sensor that's leaking, the threads round that.

not the actual plate itself.... them tomei blocks are awesome though, not sure on the £144 price tag though! lol
