Ok guys
just got my S15 mapped.
All is good except for some boost creep.

Made a healthy 335bhp and 426Nm torque running 1.2bar.
thats running a HKS GT-RS (T2871R)
new tomei mani and moonface Chamber pro down pipe.
oh Z32afm as new turbo was maxing stock AFM.
Oh dont forget the E5....... ingition was advance abit too.
well pleased with result.

only problem is the boost creep which is holding me back in getting potentily 350BHP!!!!!!!!

It only happens on the top end of the rev past 6k rpm peaks up to 1.4bar..

any of you guys have this issue with similar setup ?, and whats the best way to resolve it.
ive heard that porting the turbo exit could help but dont what to get this done. any other cause of boost creep?

You've not mentioned which boost controller you've got. If its anything like an AVC-R, you can specify boost through the rev range. However, having known of other who have had similar issues with boost creep on bigger turbos, the way they landed up sorting it in the end was to use an external wastegate.

'Should' isn't reality. As I said, I've known of it :) I do agree though, boost controller is the first thing to look at  I used to have massive spiking over 1 bar until I discovered the SBC iD3 was faulty...

yes the PFC boost option is pretty basic.

I my look into the new hks V or (vi) ebc option then as you guys got great success with it.

 The latest EVC is supposed to be good. I've got the more basic previous model, but its rock solid on the boost. Alternatively, the AVC-R is very controllable.

i've got the EVC "6"..... it does have "scramble" mode to enable higher boost for 30seconds.

i've also got a UK instruction manual in a .PDF for if you get one from overseas! :)

looks pretty too! :)
