another clutch question

sorry for being a derrr

but im looking at the nismo super copper single clutch

but there are two. one is high power (420ps) and one is standard spec (380ps)

im planning to run 350ish break will the high power suit me better or is it better just to get the standard one?? there isnt much price difference but dont want to buy something that is over the top, if you get what i mean.

does ps mean bhp???

also does a flywheel come with this kit??

and just read that they are noisey, is it that bad??
