Hello guys!..i've surfed through the net and some owners uses and recommends nismo fuel pumps as they have all the necessary kits to install fuel pumps at SR20 engine....at one time, some tuners and owners recommends me to use a SARD fuel pump (any rates)....for those reading on my message here, could you please give comments on these kinds of fuel pumps that have just stated??which one is better...(SARD or NISMO fuel pump) thanks!!!......

Just wondering, do I still have to disconnect the battery when I'm changing the fuel pump filer?

If you mean the fuel filter, you don't have to, but it can't hurt if you do.

yea, personally... anything to do with fuel.... and the risk of a blowing it up.... is it worth not just disconnecting the battery? takes 30seconds :)

Good practise to pull out the fuel pump fuse while depressuring the fuel lines and remove the -ve terminal of your battery.

Hey guys , just bumping this thread up.

Is the GTR fuel pump a worthwhile upgrade? Or would it just be better to go for a nismo/walboro/bosch?

Also, if I was to pick a walboro, what model should I be looking at.

Thanks!
