Just picked my s15 up from the docks and the bumpers have been removed due to ride height but no hardware was kept just wondering what I need to fit bumpers front and rear

It might just be bolts, usually the bumper brackets are bolted to the front wings and rear body, do you have any photos of what’s on the car now?

As far as I can remember the bumpers are just held on with 6 or 8mm push clips along the tops and in the arch liners and some m6 bolts/ tapping screws inside the wheel wells. Maybe some m8 in there somewhere but nothing that's hard to get hold of from pretty much anywhere. Some penny washers won't hurt either.
