Clear Side Indicators

I want to put clear side indicators on my car but I’m torn between the clear ones or the smoked ones.

Does anyone have any photos of either on a blue car for inspiration?

I bought a pair of clear R34 skyline indicators off eBay (much cheaper than s15 ones), they fit exactly the same but the plugs are different. I just cut off the plugs and use spade connectors. Didn’t like the look of the clear so split them open and painted the insides black. They look just like the nismo ones but a fraction of the price
Car isn’t blue, but here’s how mine turned out -

That’s a good shout about the R34 ones. I think Mike on here did the same thing.

Definitely swaying me towards tinted ones haha, looks great, thanks!

That’ll do. They don’t seem to have any marking on the cover too which is nice.

Turns out these have a hole with 3 slots and the bulb holder on the S15 has 4 slots

Also, how far do those ones with “BEAMER” stamped on them stick out? These stick out a lot more than stock.

I just put the Nismo clears on the side of my white S15, very happy with the low brow look and they sit even more flush than the stock..straight hassle free fit..

I’m starting to think I might as well spend the money and get Nismo ones haha!
