removing the factory boost gauge

Hi all,
Kinda looking for a 'how to' on this one. I should have a defi boost gauge coming in about a month or so. i was out playing around with the normal gauge to see how it is held in, however i dont really want to remove the a pillar trim unless i have too because i've a really bad habit of breaking those little clips! i know its probably unavoidable though :(

I've only been able to take the front surround and glass off, and i cant see clips or anything holding the unit in place.

Also one thing thats been on my mind, does the defi gauge and controller use the factory boost sensor??

remove the facing cover, then you have to pull the trim strip off... start at the top. it's the only way to remove the gauge.

once that's "free" unplug the gauge and take away completely! :)
