Hi I have checked the "Useful Threads" and done a search but have not found this covered.

I have stupidly removed both rear shocks and when I have come to fit the replacements the bottom of the shock mount is different each side, one side has a sort of countersink and the other is straight.
I did not pay attention when removing them so don't know which side goes towards the hub and which side is against the nut.

Rookie mistake but don't want to put them on the wrong way round.

Anyone come across this problem or paid more attention than I did when changing them.

Thanks in advance

The mount is normally longer one side than the other. The long side goes against the hub :) I they're the same length put the countersink end closest to the hub.

[/IMG]Can I just clarify that the correct way round is that the larger hole goes to towards the hub and the smaller hole towards the securing nut

Thanks again appriciate the help
