probably need to be a little more descriptive in what you are aiming for and how much your budget it... forging can range from cheap arse ebay stuff to top spec Jap/US stuff which is significantly different in price..
are you just focusing on the bottom end at this point?
i have CP piston, Eagle rods, ARP main studs/head studs, new crank damper but spent as much on the hardware as i did on the machine work. had it bored/horned with a torque plate and full static/dynamic balance of the bottom end..
