There is one on the sxoc somewhere I think. It's the same as on an s14 and involves setting the timing marks, using cable ties in the exhaust sprocket to hold it in place, removing the bolt on the vvt sprocket, removing the cams and chain tensioner and then refitting.
This is is how we did it anyway. May get away with leaving the cams in situ and freeing off the tensioner but not sure.
