Which would be better for a fast road setup?
Or is there anything better for the money?

Would I need to buy ajustable arms to get the alignment done well?

Cheers,

Monopro is best as you probably guessed. If you want to lower the car any, and achieve a sensible alignment then yes you will need adjustable arms.

Yeah, I guessed that it was best, just wanted to know the benefits over the other units.
I'll only be lowering the car about 20 - 30mm due to living on back roads and not wanting to have a shattered spine before the new year.
So with only a light drop will I not be able to get decent fast road setup?

Regardless of the coilovers you choose, as long as you have a proper alignment and tire setup you'll be good. Especially tires, they are the best bang for your buck when it comes to improving your car's handling characteristics.
