Apexi AVC-R Problem - Boost Solenoid Clicking

Today i noticed whilst coming on boost, the avc-r boost solenoid is 'clicking'. has anyone experienced this before? is the solenoid defective? & if it is, where can i locate a replacement ASAP before mapping in mid October.

My greddy solenoid clicks like mad when coming on boost! It's a constant tick! But it holds boost fine, does yours hold boost ok on your gauge?

It's normal, it will click more depending where you have it mounted. The profec b, avcr and hks evc s all use the same solenoid.
If you have it mounted on one of the suspension turrets put a rubber washer in-between it and most of if will go away

thanks for the replies guys, it seems to hold boost fine yes. i haven't set the AVC-R up as im leaving greg to do that when he map's it in a couple of weeks, so i didn't want to turn up and him say the solenoid is fooooked, come back when you've got a new one!.
