Wanting to upgrade the manifold no idea what to get. How much gains could you expect from replacing the stock sr20 one?

doubt there's much hp gain, just helps reduce lag on the turbo when it spins up. Have you replaced the front exhaust pipe from the turbo to the cat too?

yeah has full system from turbo back

TBH, the stock unit works really well and it has less chance of splitting leaking. HP gains a very minimal, its more about turbo spolling time You then have to insulate heat from your ABS unit(if you still use it) with a SS mani

hmm so atm its spooling at about 2500 rpm you saying it spool faster at lower rpm ?
