New boy in Essex

Hi everyone,

I'm new here. Just brought in a nice blue S15 from Japan. The original plan was to use it as a donor for another project but no longer need to do that so I was going to sell it. However, it is quite a nice car so I think I'll drive it about for a while until I get something else on the road.

Hi Vinnie and thanks for the welcome.

So far I've found:
Power FC
Kei Office coilovers
Rev/speed meter
turbo timer
exhaust and filter
182 Siena alloys
LSD of some description
DVD player in the dash that isn't connected!

And I understand an HPI manifold and elbow is winging it's way to me now which is a nice suprise (love you Mitto!)

More updates when I get a chance to poke about under it!

Got some nice mods. Looks like its got an R34 Spoiler, which i like.

So when is your car arriving to the UK?

I picked it up from Southampton it last Tuesday. Runs nicely and sounds good. The paint is a bit tatty in places so I'll give it a good mop and see what it looks like. If it's no good then it'll get repainted.

Edited to add: Not sure what spoiler it is. Proper carbon though and suits the car I think. However, it might be sacrificing itself to go into a couple of other projects! We shall see!

Don't worry, she's safe now! Passed it's MoT yesterday then got a full on mop, polish and wax. It's gleaming now! In need of some rear pads and tyres though.

Very much depends on what you are planning to do V8 or RB is all good but other than that im just not sure.

A mini Essex would be cool.

The engine from the S15 was going into one of my other cars but now that's sorted, the S15 will be staying intact! Let me get her all registered and road legal like and I'll sort a meet out.
