Make sure you check the buying advice on here before committing :) If Charlie is watching the forum, and it sounds like he is :wave: , he knows the score. BIMTA check is a must and get us the chassis number and we'll confirm the factory spec.

can't be to carefull and checking the VIN number is an easy thing to do and rules out eventual suprises. :thumbs:

How do you confirm the spec with the chassis number...?? where do you go to get the information...??

There is a program called FAST. when entering a chassinumber on it you can see the general info of the car. colour ,gearbox, spec-S or R. and so on.
Just to be sure the car is according to the add.
Generally this wont be a problem, but it's better to have it covered. Even a company with great feedback might just have that because of an army of lawyers covering their tracks.
