hehe aw this brings back memories to when i drove the 1400mile round trip to pick my s15 up from Torque back in Nov lol!

You wont go wrong mate, there are sooo many plus's which out weigh the bad things, for example im paying £400 a year on road tax >.< gutted.. however the looks when you pass folk are great, and when i got it i was going to keep track on the amount of people that asked what it is.. however, iv lost track now lol!

EVERYONE i come in contact with for the first time says "nice car, skyline?" hehe and im like, nah.. one better :p

Since iv had mine iv had alot to get done to it, i now need new rear tyres, new brakes all round, new clutch lol and mine only had 44k on the clock lol!

but as i say the benfits are awsum :D you WONT regret it!!! As for MPG i average around just over 230miles a tank. Spirited.. lol.

You have definitely made the right choice in buying an S15 and like Mint, when people see my car they say "its a lovely skyline" i just say look closer its better than a Skyline. My car attracts more attention than the girlfriends Evo6 I have even had people take pics of it whilst sat at traffic lights with a smug grin on my face:wack: fuel consumption is ok Im getting about 23mpg and tax is £185 you have got it from a good Importer as well not the s h i t I used, just sit back and enjoy the ride and you'll be grinning from ear to ear:thumbs:.Keep on top of the servicing and most problems you come across have already been dealt with by someone on here, but dont be afraid to ask this is the best and friendliest forum I have ever been on and the knowledge about these lovely cars on here is huge:)

Yeah - I was just thinking that the funny about this forum is that without it, there was no way I'd ever think about buying an S15.

Good importer (like Torque) plus the knowledge and confidence you get from the advice on here (mostly thanks to Nicely and team) means that there's no need to rely on dodgy dealerships or so called specialists telling you they can fix a problem when usually, they know fack all!! :wack:

Just for your reference - It doesnt matter how they try and register the car, its more dependent on where its being registered. Charlie who imported mine has tried all different kind of ways, including PLG etc and they always bung it in the £400 tax bracket where he registers his vehicles.
