crackers! they go well with chocolate too :rotfl:. VRT is a complete rip off. But it is a lot less assle than ESVA testing. We can't import anything newer than 2000 while you can get '03 if you want

Yeah, & pay ?10k on top of the price of the car for VRT, VAT @21% & Duty @ 10% (if from Japan) nevermind shipping & "port handling fees"! :furious::rant::furious::rant:

& what's stopping you importing anything past 2000?

no model report, costs 4-5K for individual report but then u can rent it out ?300 a time. not worth the cost tho. Model report needed for ESVA test along with car returned to standard

Man that sucks! What kind of messed-up system is that?! So if you did a report for a 2003 car, would it apply backwards to the 01 & 02 cars?

not necessarily but it mite.:confused: Its very confusing. Nearly just better to pay extra (VRT) for less hassle. ( mayb not :rotfl: )
