Hey, I've had my 15 for a year now and I'm slowly upgrading. I've fitted new bucket seats and have the harnesses ready to go in but want to see how people have done this. Strut brace or actual harness bar?

Depends if you want to have rear seats/rear passengers. But I would suggest using factory belts if you're using the car on the road
I was hoping to eventually start drifting but I didn’t want to invest in a cage yet

That would be very cool.

If you want to use the both of best worlds, You can pop off the rear seats (bottom part) and temporarily fit the harnesses when ever you need them if you're not drifting often?

I never used the rear seats so I kept the harnesses fixed in place using the rear seat belt mounts and put them over the side of the seats when not being used. There’s enough slack to do that without un clipping them and you can then just use the normal seatbelt. It’s all the same now, but I’ve got a rear cage with harness bar. To keep the standard belts I’ve welded in mounts to the cage.
