Hello and welcome
We need pics of your car in the members rides section :)

I use a Apexi power intake. Wouldn't use anything else (Maybe KN, but that's it)
I run the standard recirc valve. Makes alot of flutter combined with the power intake.

Welcome

As Yako has said, A'PEXi is the filter of choice. HKS SSQV or Racing BOV 2 are good. Recircing them offers the most efficient and smooth setup, unless you are after just a :ghey: noise...

The car is like a pearl white, spec R 2ltr
soon as i pick it up i'll post some pics
Checked your thread on wheels and boy i'm lost now, not that simple is it
was gunna put 18's on, standard suspension, not lowered, 8.5 front et 35 with a 215 tyre
rear was gunna be 9.5 et 35 235 tyre, am i going to need spacers or roll the arches, coz
got completely lost readin all the posts. Want to stay away from rollin the arches at the moment
so if you recomend narrower rear wheel and tyre ........ so be it!

If you go for the A'PEXi filter, get one of Apex Performance's own kits. They use the A'PEXi cone but their own adapter. Its exactly the same except without 'A'PEXi' on it. Oh, and its about ?50 cheaper...

Depending on how low you have your car, the 8.5 ET35 may hit the strut (my 8j ET35 did and neede a 5mm spacer), as for the rear, a 9.5j ET35 will not fit, it will stick out past the arch. Again i have a 8j ET35 and it fits fine, Keiran has a 9.5j rear with ET45 which fits good, but will need rolled arches.

Welcome by the way
