As my clutch is wearing out I am thinking of fitting another. I don't want another flywheel as it's too much money, can I buy say, a standard s14 clutch and fit it to the flywheel or will I need extra bits?

Cheers

That was a Nismo super coppermix in your car mate :( shame it's dead, they are expensive! It's a solid flywheel too so maybe a bnew friction plate if you can find one?

Depending on the condition of your standard flywheel, you should be able to replace the clutch pad on its own... Only one way to find out is to take the clutch out and look at the flywheel :) How many km's on the car? First time replacing the clutch?

I think the upgrade in power helped it go. I'm running less power now and it's not slipping but if I turn up the power it slips immediately...

As Craig said, it is an uprated clutch. I've got about 275bhp. Just thinking about alternatives. What's a friction plate?
