11" to suit

I have things in mind that one day i'm going to put something width around 10-12
I know it will stick out a lot but body can match up the wheels :D :D
What i worried is that clearance in terms of inner place whether it will touch suspension or anything.
So something like 0 or -one digit offset may suit.
I'm still finding to know that if having low offset is bad or damage suspension in long run.
Its gotta be light of course. i didn't really want to go for 18" but i guess 17" don't come in that size from my knowledge. Well... in my taste actually
anyway put up some thoughts cos i know you want to  :D

btw what wheel offset do you think will get the most out of it?
i think 11 with -5 should bring out about 50mm.
or any other way of doing like lengthening arm or some stuff?
