Well been offered a s14 T28 turbo,
and might be putting this on my s15,
will there be much difference in power compared to t28r?
and it will bolt right on?

The only difference between the two is the fact one is rollerbearing and the other is journal. They both use the same trim wheels and a/r's on the casings so they flow the same.

The s15 rollerbearing turbo is one of the oldest and kept the old "T" series wheels.

As Adam says will bolt on ok just you'll lose a little on the spool up time compared to early S15 roller bearing item...

BTW - if you're changing turbos over, you'll deffo want new gaskets for mani -> turbo plus turbo -> elbow. And if it was me, I'd get braided turbo coolant and water lines if it doesn't already have these installed ;)

theres no benefit to doing this whatsoever, but if you're drifting it and looking for a cheap fix it should work fine...

The S15 spec R w/ automatic transmission came with a "S14 turbo" and 370cc injectors. Only the 6-speeds came with the larger ball-bearing turbo and 440cc injectors. It is a straight bolt-on, as already stated though, absolutely no benefit to do this.

Isn't it only the early S15's that came with a bb turbo?
Then around 2000 refered back to the journal type.
Surely the only difference would be spool up time, if there were any real differences, that that would be minimal!

The early S15's came with the BB turbo, the late model ones didn't
